The month of March has been happily busy for the Wardrobes for Work program. Beginning with a large donation of items from Girl Scouts of America and added to through our regular collection sites, over 4,000 items have been collected and distributed this month through Wardrobes for Work.

Several area organizations received donations and one, in particular, was the recipient of over 2,500 items. Wardrobes for Work clothing was distributed in March through Catholic Social Services.

For National Social Work Month, Neumann University students in the Social Work program collaborated in collecting clothing and toiletry items. These items were distributed at an event held during March at Catholic Social Services in Chester, Pa. Neumann University student Bridget Lozier took the lead in organizing this collaboration. Danielle McNichol, Esq., Director of the Center for Leadership and General Counsel worked with students at Neumann University to distribute clothing. Additionally, a number of Neumann University students participated with deliveries of clothing and the event at Catholic Social Services.
